Please Hotbit to open an ERC20 deposit channel for MAGIC coins

I recharged 203 MAGIC coins to the Hotbit exchange. I used the ERC20 channel of ETH to withdraw to the exchange, but the hotbit exchange’s recharge channel is ARBITRUM only. I don’t know why MAGIC has the ARBITRUM recharge channel. Now I recharge The coins haven’t arrived, and I feel like I’ve been scammed

Hello，

Hotbit currently only supports the transfer of MAGIC coins through ARBITRUM chain and prohibits tokens transactions from ERC20 chain . There is no ERC20 chain address shown in this tokens deposit page of Hotbit accounts,so that is why you haven't received it in your hotbit account.

We have also issued an announcement to remind users that it is prohibited to use this methods to transfer funds，otherwise irreparable lose will be resulted！

During your deposit process, please do carefully check the deposit tokens and its chain . Do not transfer your MAGIC to your Hotbit account from ERC20 chain . If you transfer from the wrong chain, it is very likely that your tokens will not be retrieved.

Hotbit is not responsible for helping our users to retrieve all mistakenly deposited tokens. However, in order to help our users to retrieve all serious loss caused by their misoperation, we will still try our best to retrieve all tokens that are mistakenly deposited by our users. If any of your tokens was/were deposited mistakenly, please provide us with the following information: Your Hotbit account, the email address you registered with Hotbit,UID(the last few numbers of the invite link of your Hotbit account is your UID ) the type, address, amount, TXID(this is very important) of the token(s) you deposited by mistake, the screenshot that shows your deposit information.
In order to retrieve your mistakenly deposited tokens, we would have to conduct relevant operations such as extra installation or upgrade on the software of our wallet, the import and export of the private key and so on. Due to the fact that only those staff with very high authority are allowed to conduct relevant operations and that the whole process has to go through very strict risk control verification process, such operations require huge amount of time, labor cost and risk control cost. It might take three to six months to retrieve your assets. Please do be patient.
